In these troubled times, as the Covid-19 outbreak resumes, there is uncertainty in all sectors and sport is no exception. Yet on the side of the Tour de Corse Historique, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary, the ramp-up continues in view of this 2020 version which will take place from 5 to 10 October. On the side of Porto-Vecchio, the nerve centre of the event, from where the rally will start in less than two months, everything is ready to host the imposing 220-car caravan, as Marie-Ange Dini, the organization’s peg worker, said: "We are, of course, aware of the competitors' concerns related to the Covid 19 outbreak, but we can say today that the 20th Tour de Corse Historique will take place. We are currently working on everything related to health, so that all the people involved in this event, the competitors, their relatives, the assistance teams, but also all the people working directly or indirectly in the organization, benefit from the best possible protection. This concern for protection is equally addressed to the public. All measures will be taken so that everyone can evolve in the most serene way possible. We will meet you on 5 October in Porto-Vecchio".
